Reservations
We recommend that you book well in advance of your arrival to secure your preferred date and time of treatment.
Cancellation Policy
Your Spa and Salon Appointments are reserved exclusively for you. As a courtesy to other guests, please give us 4 hours notice if you must cancel or reschedule an appointment. You will be billed 50% of the services reserved if you should cancel or change in less than 4 hours. Failure to show up for your appointment will result in 100% charged for reserved services. For cancellation of a package 24hours notice is required.
Etiquette
The spa is a retreat for your body, mind and spirit. Out of consideration for others, we request that visitors keep noise to a minimum. Dedicate your time at our spa retreat to complete relaxation.
Switching off mobile phones and other electronic devices disconnects you from the mobile world, if only for a few hours, but would help take your mind off worldly concerns.
Check in
We suggest you arrive at least 15mins prior to your appointment time. Please understand your treatment will end on time so that the next guest will not be inconvenienced.
Gift Vouchers
Treat a friend or loved one by giving them an experience they will never forget. Gift vouchers are available against any treatment or Day packages. Gift vouchers are not refundable and must be presented at time of treatment.
Special Considerations
If you have a medical condition or are under medical supervision, please advise us so that we can provide the best possible service. If you are pregnant you must submit a written consent from your doctor permitting massage.
Clothing
Towels, Robes and Slippers are provided. Underwear is to be worn at the guest’s discretion.
Valuables
We recommend that no jewellery be worn at the spa. The management accepts no responsibility for the loss of money or valuables of any kind brought into the spa premises.
Payment
We accept cash, all major credit cards and room charges. All prices are quoted in euros and are subject to change without prior notice.
